Our guide for how to get set up and using CommunityLab. This checklist will take you through the process of setting up an account and joining your first community.
Step 1: Choose a community
Communities are the foundation of Community Lab, so this is the first stage of the process. You can filter by interest, or search for a specific community by name.
Step 2: Create an account
Fill out your email address and choose a password of 8+ characters.
Step 3: Fill out your profile
Feel free to add as much or as little to your profile at this stage, you can always edit it later. You can also add tags to your profile which will make your profile discoverable in search – for example, your industry or interest.
Step 4: Add a profile photo
You can change your profile photo at any time.
Step 5: Join your community
You'll see a bit more information about the community you've selected to join. Simply click "accept."
Depending on their settings, you'll either be added to the community straight away, or as soon as an administrator approves your membership.
